I got into real estate because I believe a house isn't really a home until you love living in it — until it connects you to your neighbors, your street, your community. That belief is why I show up the way I do: not as "an agent," but as someone who's walked this market through every kind of season, good and bad, and knows how to help you find your footing in it, whatever it looks like right now.

No two clients are the same, and no two deals go exactly by the book — financing falls through, timelines shift, the house you loved isn't the one that works. I've seen it all, and I don't panic when things get messy. I get creative. I find the angle nobody else thought of, because after years of doing this, I've learned that there's almost always a way through.

  • Search & Select Your Home:  Get clear on what you're looking for, tour properties that catch your eye, and narrow it down to the home that feels right. Once you're ready to make an offer, ask your lender for an approval letter matching your offer price.

  •  Write Your Offer: Your agent puts together an offer with terms that work for you. The seller can accept it as-is, reject it, or come back with a counteroffer to negotiate further.

  •  Offer Accepted — Open Escrow: Once the seller accepts, your agent opens escrow on your behalf and submits your earnest money deposit to show you're serious.

  • Inspect & Negotiate: Schedule your inspections and work with your agent to negotiate any repairs with the seller. Take time to review every document and report on the property before moving forward.

  • Funds Transfer & Recording: Your lender does a final review of the signed paperwork and sends the funds to the seller. The county Recorder's Office then makes the sale official.

  • Get Your Keys: As your confident agent I will hand-off the keys to your new home! Congratulations — it's officially yours!
